⋆ shoot me an email to make a purchase ♡ ⋆ more on my website always soft posting pottery on there so pop in now and then to see what’s new ꩜ skatework ⋆ momcam productions presents: SKATEWORK! my newest video project up on my youtube channel now ૮⍝• ᴥ •⍝ა ꩜ life updates this is new! i am sharing some personal happenings for pals or those who are curious about what i do outside of my fake jobs. feel free to skip over this if you’re just here for tats, cakes, and pottery. may was a WHIRLWIND! ⋆ starting off with the mommycat- in honor of mother’s day (and my mother, specifically) i planned my very first alleycat bike race. we had DOUBLE the participants that i expected and ended up raising almost $6OO for juntos!!! it was a joy beyond description to see so many families and first-timers on that beautiful sunday. huge shoutout to everyone who participated and who helped me put this thing together. my heart is soaring. ⋆ mid-may my friends and i celebrated our 96.5th birthday with a party. i made us all a beautiful cardamom blackberry carrot crepe roll cake. for my birthday this past wednesday i took myself on a lovely bike ride through the city and reflected on the beauty of being alive and spoke many prayers of gratitude.
⋆ on memorial day i raced my newly converted fixed gear and won tenth overall and second place WTF (women, trans, femme) then i ate a burger ⋆ last week i accomplished my first century. friends and i took a bus to new york for a rave and biked all the way home. we left the club at 4, rode into the sunrise and took just an hour of rest before our fool’s journey. spirits faltered very little. we encountered many an obstacle, but with a song in our hearts: every stranger became a friend to help us along the merry way. special thanks to the worker who filled up our waterbottles with a hose at 4am, the waitress at park diner and pancake house, the folks who let us use the employee restroom at their deli, the mechanic who fixed isaac’s bike after they crashed, and every stranger who cheered us on along the way. we arrived to our homes in philadelphia at 12:3OAM with a grand total of 13O miles behind us.
⋆ the next day i played my ONLY show this year at porchfest with my old band couch. it was a harmonious and seamless reunion. i spent the rest of the day enjoying the wonderful music of west philadelphia ⋆ this brings us to the end of may. it’s pride month so be merry and gay but never forget that all our struggles intertwine. i encourage us all to weave ourselves into efforts fighting fascism and genocide. from mutual aid in our own neighborhoods to supporting the national hunger strike in ICE detention centers and boycotting/encouraging divestment from businesses continuing to support the israeli occupation. for those who live in philadelphia: there are weekly noise demonstrations outside the headquarters of weapons manufacturer Day and Zimmerman (located at 1835 market street) on tuesdays at 7:15AM as workers head into the office. more information and updates on @dzoutofphilly ౨ৎ thanks for reading!!! remember: i always love an email back- tell me your thoughts, feelings, ask me your questions. tell me if there’s anything i should/shouldn’t include in these emails! and if you want to stop hearing from me: no sweat! i don’t need to know why and i won’t hold it against you if you want to be removed from my newsletter. just shoot me an email and i’ll take you off my list. you can come back anytime. જ⁀➴ ♡ till next month ౨ৎ dirtmay 2o26
𓂃 ࣪˖ ִֶָ𐀔 beep beep hello it’s dirt! hope all is well in your world .ೃ࿔*:･ tat2 ⭒ fill out a booking form or shoot me an email to book! available flash can be found on my site as always. i’ve also updated my portfolio page if you care to take a look ꕤ*.ﾟ𖦹 bike race ⭒ dont forget!!! the MOMMYCAT is sunday MAY 1OTH! ! i encourage anybody with a bike to participate- it will be super beginner friendly! under/around 1O miles.⭒ for those who aren’t familiar: an alleycat is a scavenger-hunt style race which simulates the work of a bike courier. there’s a secret list of locations (checkpoints) that will be handed out day-of. checkpoints can be completed in any order! we will all gather for podium and afters (grilling+beers!) at clark park around 3:3OPM. i encourage folks to bring their parent, a parent in their life, family member, mentor, etc. but NOT necessary! this is still a solo race. prizes will be awarded for 1st over all, 1st mom category, 2nd and 3rd over all, and DFL (dead fucking last) porchfest ⭒ my band COUCH! is coming out of retirement for ONE SINGLE SHOW on may 3Oth (porchfest!!!) come see us perform at 1PM at 45th and baltimore with our pals Keepsake1Million, Ringtone, Heatloaf, and Cowpokes!!!
